What's good: Hoggy is an exciting new 2D side-scrolling platformer with endearing characters and animations, fun sounds, and puzzle solving elements thrown in for that added twist. Control Hoggy, a cute purple blob who goes on a quest to save his girlfriend from the Moon Men. Slide through brightly colored worlds and eat all the fruits in over forty different jars to get golden keys, unlock doors, and advance in the game. Your way is blocked by various interesting characters, blocks, and a host of other obstacles - use a combination of puzzle-solving skills, timing, and reflexes alongside the innovative ability to reverse gravity in order to successfully complete tricky levels and win the game! This tasteful blend of the classic arcade and puzzle genres says unique in every way, and to top that off, the game manages to balance at a level that's perfectly suited for both casual and experienced players by being both quite easy to pick up and play and yet requiring a fair amount of planning and thinking. If you liked old Super Mario games and find the hit iPhone and iPod touch game Soosiz interesting, this one mixes in a little of both for a truly colorful gaming experience.
Suggestions for improvement: Create save slots and a map to help players remember jar locations easily.
