What's good: Plushed by Blacksmith Games is a story that begins with a sweet little girl and her best friend, a bunny plushie she cuddles in bed each night while reading her favorite storybook. Every day, the curious child wills her magical world to become a reality, but it seems she never heard of the saying "Be careful what you wish for." One night, a less than benevolent power grants her heart's desire - in an entirely twisted way! She is sucked into her fairytale world and held as prisoner, and it falls to you, her plushie come alive, to rescue your little princess. As the bunny knight, you will enter a world of imagination gone overboard - where strange is the norm and nothing is ever as expected. Explore unique fantasy lands like candy-constructed fields of gingerbread houses, cookie walls, and giant lollipops; dark, cobwebbed stone dungeons with huge bubbling cauldrons of hot green sludge; vast yellow grasslands and lush green forests with spun yarn trees; and creepy overcast graveyards where dangers lurk in the form of acid swamps and restless hands that sprout from the ground. Complete missions for a host of eccentric characters that involve finding pigs in a haystack, hunting for lost eggs, and other such creative tasks that will have you weaving in and out of the twisting layouts. At the same time, avoid an interesting cast of enemies that range from milk-firing fairies and square unicorns (or 'kubicorns') to crazed skipping children and spell-casting fiends. Each level will find you collecting the hundreds of gold ladybugs scattered throughout the game as well as useful items like mirrors to reflect curses back to the evil casters and pizza or pizza perfume to lure helpful little orange and blue pizza-eaters. There are so many big and little things that work together to make this game the truly one-of-a-kind and innovative title that it is - gorgeous hand-painted artwork and original soundtrack that combine to bring a similarly quirky and magical (with a touch of macabre) experience as Alice in Wonderland and a whole array of details and gameplay features that will enchant you and pushes imagination to its limits. For just $ 1.99, immerse yourself in a dreamland platformer that will surely blow you away. It certainly impressed us!

Suggestions for improvement: We'd like to see bug fixes in the next update - glitches that cause plushie (or other characters) to get stuck and inventory items to disappear upon dying, to name a few. The lack of defensive capabilities would be ok if it weren't for the fact that the bunny dies instantly on physical contact with any enemies. These are minor issues though, and don't really deter from the magic of the game.
