Pipe Mania for iPhone goes Social with Scoreloop Integration

The legendary game takes the social gaming plunge with added functionality to attract new players

New Udupi, India, Dec 9, 2009: Robosoft Technologies, a renowned developer of Mac and iPhone games, along with Virtual Programming today announced a major update of its iPhone game: Pipe Mania.

Puzzle fans of all ages will enjoy hours of brain-teasing fun as they race against time in the infectious series of quests and puzzles filled with quirky characters, a humorous storyline and updated gameplay. The original version of Pipe Mania was released in 1989 and followed by Pipe Dreams in 1991. It has been ranked as one of the most popular and successful puzzle games in history, selling more than 4 million units worldwide. The game has been through several gaming platforms before making its debut on the iPhone in July this year. Within few weeks of its release, the game quickly climbed up the charts and also got featured in the ‘What’s Hot’ section across several App Stores.

In the current update, Scoreloop’s Core Social white-label social gaming technologies are incorporated to enhance the game experience. The features include online high scores, achievements, player challenges and integration into social networks like Facebook. Using these features, players will now be able to challenge other players in every level of world mode.
