What's good: Giro AppSolutions does it again with their newly released app, Tawag Pinoy. As the name indicates, this utility allows you to call Philippine networks with an interface much like the built-in address book that comes with the iPhone. What's different is that this one's tailored for Filipino users, and comes with amazingly simple yet innovative features that make calling a real pleasure. Suggestions for improvement: It would be helpful if there was an option to sort contacts by surname instead of automatically being arranged by the first letter of their contact detail. Also, we'd love to see one-tap buttons to share contact information and add contacts to lists - favorites, friends, family, etc.
